CONCERT NEWS & UPDATES

Captain David Werner of The Salvation Army will be in attendance at the concert and will address the crowd during the 8:50PM short intermission on Friday night.

2 more bands have been added to the Saturday morning schedule!  Happy Jacks (The Who Tribute) & Axis (Jimi Hendrix Tribute)

95.1 FM - WIIL ROCK, a southern Wisconsin radio station, will be taping Saturday's "Jam Band" sessions and will air portions of the show on Sunday, September 25th.  More details coming!

Problem Child, a tribute to Bon Scott of AC/DC will be bring the concert to a close at midnight, Sunday morning. Don't miss this spectacular grand finale for the Woodstock - Katrina Relief Concert.

Karen Vaneé of 95.9FM - The River will be hosting the opening evening of music.

The advanced online ticket site is now set up via PayPal.  Those who cannot attend can also make a donation online.  Click on the "Tickets" button to the left to purchase tickets or make a donation.

Several hotels in the Woodstock/Crystal Lake area have set up special rates for concert goers.  Click on the "Hotel Rates" button to the left for more information.

Sam Ash Music has donated 2 electric guitars to be raffled off during the concert.  The guitars have a unique red, white & blue American flag finish.  See picture.

Make a note that no camping, cooking or campfires will be allowed on the concert grounds.  Sleeping bags are OK.  No coolers, drinks, food or alcohol will be allowed to be carried in to the concert venue grounds.

No pets will be allowed on the concert venue grounds.

Watch your local newspapers as well as radio and television for more information on the concert.

We have been in constant communication with the Salvation Army, which will have a representative attending the concert,  and in lieu of water and food they are requesting the following to be brought to the concert for distribution to Hurricane Katrina victims in need.
